About us
After many years of gastronomic experience in Ibiza, the vision of creating a place where culinary enjoyment and genuine hospitality were the focus, was born in 2019. The transition to self-employment was characterized by passion, commitment, and the desire to create a special place for both locals and visitors to the island. After a lengthy renovation, a charming restaurant finally opened in the sunniest spot in the port of Santa Eulalia, now shining with new splendour: CASA BIZAN, with direct sea views and an atmosphere that invites you to linger.
PHILOSOPHY – Uncompromising quality is the focus of our concept: in the ingredients, in the service and in the overall experience. Our kitchen works daily with fresh and carefully selected ingredients, preferably from the region. We place the utmost importance on freshness, sustainability and flavour. Each dish is prepared with attention to detail, sincerity, creativity and always with the aim of delighting our guests.
For us, friendship is more than just a nice smile. This approach is practised by our entire team: considerate, welcoming and respectful. Our staff receive regular training so that they can respond to the individual wishes and needs of our guests and offer a personalised but never intrusive service.
We want our guests to feel welcome from the very first moment. Whether it’s a cosy breakfast, a pleasant lunch or a relaxed dinner by the water, our aim is to create unforgettable moments.
A visit to our restaurant will not only satisfy you but will also make you happy and leave you with fond memories.
